Our scope of work includes:

• Advising on acquisition of land and structuring of real estate projects (both residential and commercial), hotels, SEZs, etc. on basis of applicable laws and prevalent market practices.
• Providing legal opinion with respect to ownership of title of properties.
• Advise with respect to creation and enforcement of mortgage.
• Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and execution of agreements to sell, sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, construction agreements, mortgage deed, memorandum of entry, joint development agreement, partition deed, and all other documents pertaining to a property transaction.
• Advising and representing clients before courts, tribunals, and government agencies with respect to any dispute regarding ownership, possession, land acquisition, contractual dispute, etc.
